Fire Officals Say Early Morning Fire is Arson

EAST JACKSON — An early morning fire damaged a home on Hillcrest Circle, Tuesday. Fire fighters responded to the fire at 1:40 a.m. Deputy Chief David Dillingham is calling the fire an arson. No one lived in the house, but the power was still connected. The fire was under control within an hour. The home sustained smoke and water damage.
