Henry County Trio Arraigned on Drug Charges

HENRY COUNTY, Tenn. — The three people arrested in Henry County on drug charges made their first court appearance Tuesday. Tomika Wharton, Stephen Porter and Quocus Gilliam were arraigned Tuesday morning. After executing a search warrant, investigators found more than $40,000 worth of marijuana inside a package mailed to a home. Porter’s attorney asked for a bond reduction hearing be set for Thursday. Their current bond is $100,000. The trio’s next scheduled court date is April 1.
