Bows Hung for Child Abuse Prevention

DOWNTOWN JACKSON — April signifies the beginning of Child Abuse Prevention month, and those at the Carl Perkins center are getting a jump start on decorations. Carl Perkins Center volunteers hung bows around Downtown Monday morning in observation of Child Abuse Prevention Month which begins Tuesday. There are 200 bows around town, and organizers plan to give out thousands of bows for people to wear.
