HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn. — It has been nearly three years since Holly Bobo disappeared. Hundreds of people gathered together at Holly’s church Saturday to pray for justice for Holly. Pastor Don Franks sits where Holly Bobo used to sit in his church. He said it is harder now that he realizes she will not be back there again. “Any time I sit in the pew where Holly sat, it brings back many great memories we had,” Pastor Franks said. Franks said his church family is remembering Holly for the 3 -ear anniversary of her disappearance. “The family faces some difficult days ahead. So, we came here today to let them know that they have the continued support of their church and this community,” he explained. The church was open for prayer, then Bobo supporters circled around outside for a prayer vigil and pledge of allegiance, followed by a parade with cars decorated in pink. The parade started at Corinth Baptist Church and ended at the Decatur County courthouse where Zach Adams will have his status hearing on Wednesday. “I hope they found out more about it and everything. Get him and charge him with all that because its bad what he did,” Red Stricklin, a Holly Bobo supporter, said. Some supporters said they continue to attend Holly’s vigils to remind West Tennessee Holly’s case is not closed. “I hope this maybe puts a fire under that, just lets them know they can come forward, they need to come forward,” Sam Lindemann, who went to church with Holly, said. The Bobo family said they are touched by the outpouring of love, which helps raise their spirits. “There is a new normal in their life. They were a family of four, we have the assurance in our heart that Holly is with the Lord today and that brings hope and peace and comfort,” Pastor Franks said. The anniversary of Holly’s disappearance is next Sunday, April 13. More than 100 people came out to attend Saturday’s rally .
