Brad Wilbanks with the Jackson division of the Tennessee Highway Patrol, there were no DUI arrests made on Monday, which was Cinco De Mayo. Overall, there were 8 crashes reported, and only one could be classified as alcohol-related. Three of the crashes had injuries, but no one was seriously injured. Overall, Lt.
