One Dead After Henry County Motorcycle Accident, Other Driver Charged

PARIS, Tenn. — A Benton County motorcyclist was killed in an accident on Sunday afternoon. The accident happened one mile north of Paris at the intersection of Highway 79 and Elkhorn Road at 4:49 p.m. According to the Jackson THP, Michael Wall, 39, was killed when another driver pulled into his path. The other driver, Suzanne Fowlkes, was charged with DUI in this crash after police say the 56-year-old was under the influence during the crash. Fowlkes, of Paris, was uninjured. Reports say Wall was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash and Fowlkes was wearing her seat belt .
