Police: Man Caught Inappropriately Touching Himself in Parking Lot

DOWNTOWN JACKSON — A Beech Bluff man was arrested Sunday after police say he was found touching himself inappropriately in the parking lot of a North Jackson shopping center. Officers say they found Brian Arthur, 52, naked from the waist down in the parking lot of the Columns shopping center around 1:15 p.m. According to court papers, authorities were called after Arthur was spotted sitting in his car with the windows rolled down. Arthur, who is charged with public indecency, faced a judge on Monday morning. He’s now free on $2,500 bond.
