Store Robbery Suspect Arrested

HUMBOLDT, Tenn.- Humboldt police said they have arrested the person who robbed the Family Dollar store on Central Avenue Saturday night. Investigators said Manuel Gomez faces counts of aggravated robbery and theft as well as resisting and evading arrest. Officers said they arrested Gomez. around 9 p.m. Saturday after a brief scuffle. Officers said they recovered a gun and the stolen money. His bond is set at $50,000. Gomez will make his first court appearance Wednesday.
