DOWNTOWN JACKSON — The Jackson man who police say killed his wife and staged it to look like a heroin overdose returned to court on Thursday. John Christie is charged with first degree murder in the December death of Brittany Christie. On Thursday, his preliminary hearing did not happen due to a change in attorney.
