Leon Pearson Scholarship Tournament

The 5th Annual Leon Pearson Memorial Scholarship 4 Person Golf Scramble is June 21 at the Bent Tree Golf Course. The tournament raises funds for scholarships administered by the Denmark- West High Alumni Association. Pre-registration for the tournament is $50 per person or $200 per team. Entries must be received by June 11. Check -in time is 7:30 am the day of the tournament with the shot-gun start following a half hour later at 8. There will be a $10,000 prize for a hole-in-one. Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for the longest drive and the closest to the flag for men and women. There will also be door prizes at the event.
