HENRY COUNTY, Tenn.- A Henry County man arrested last week after police said he violated a court order concerning his wife.. appeared in court again Tuesday. Guy Biggs was free on a $50,000 bond for criminal attempt to commit first degree murder as well as filing false reports. Biggs was originally scheduled to reappear in court on June 26. As a condition, Biggs was not to have any contact with Joyce Biggs, but police say he was later found at her residence and arrested.
