Explosion Confirmed at Kilgore
TOONE, Tenn. – An explosion at the Kilgore plant in Toone has been confirmed by Hardeman County Sheriff John Doolen. The sheriff said it happened around 1:15 p.m. inside one of the Chemring buildings on Kilgore Road. No structure damage or injuries have been reported. Doolen said the building where the explosion occurred was evacuated. However everyone else was able to stay at work. Investigators with the ATF have been called to the scene.
