JACKSON, Tenn.– The Madison County inmate reportedly beaten by fellow cell mates has been released from a Nashville Hospital. Deputies confirm Frederick Booth was released earlier this week, but he’s not in the Madison County Jail. The Chester County Sheriff said he is now housing Booth and his co-defendant Christopher Minor. Madison County said because of the attack, they transferred the two as a precaution. Booth and Minor are charged with first degree murder and especially aggravated robbery in the June 8 beating death of Rico Swift inside his home on First Street.
