McKnuckles fled on foot but was apprehended a short time later. McKnuckles was arrested and charged with Theft of a Motor Vehicle over $10,000 and Evading Arrest. He was formally arraigned in Jackson City Court Monday morning. He is being held in lieu of a $17,000 bond.
