Possible drowning reported in Hardin County

HARDIN COUNTY, Tenn. — A dive team is at the Tennessee River in Hardin County searching for a body after a possible drowning Wednesday afternoon. The call went out right after 3:15 p.m., according Melvin Martin, the Hardin County EMA Director and Fire Chief. In addition to the dive team, six boats are also searching the area near the dam, Martin tells us. This is a developing story. WBBJ will have more information as soon as possible.
