West Tennessee Healthcare is offering a free health fair to the community. The Neighborhood Health Fair will be held on Saturday, September 6 from 8 to 11 a.m. at the Lift Wellness Center in downtown Jackson. Free health screenings, including free health risk assessments, blood pressure, bone density, body mass index, and vision screenings, will be available. For more information, call (731) 425-6956.
