3-car wreck causes backup on Old Hickory

WEST JACKSON — A three-car accident this afternoon at the intersection of Old Hickory Boulevard and Wallace Road has one lane of the road closed. The accident occurred on the west-bound side of the intersection. Two people have been transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to police. Traffic is backed up about 100 yards and is being merged into one lane on the westbound side. The eastbound side is unaffected.
