Anglers gearing up for Carl Perkins Bass Classic

JACKSON, Tenn. — Anglers are gearing up for the upcoming Carl Perkins Bass Classic fishing tournament.
The tournament is slated for Oct. 10-11 with launch beginning at 6:45 a.m. at the Perryville Marina in Decatur County.
Participants range in age from infants to high school seniors.
The event raised more than $7,000 last year.
