Madison Co. jailer won’t be disciplined

DOWNTOWN JACKSON, Tenn. — An internal investigation into Lieutenant David Cisco with the Madison County Sheriff’s Department has concluded. We are told the claims were unfounded and that Cisco will face no disciplinary action. The nature of the claims was not publicly disclosed. Cisco, who works in the jail, is also a Jackson city councilman.
