Two arrested in Bolivar shootout

BOLIVAR, Tenn. — U.S. Marshals have made two arrests in a Sunday night shootout in the middle of Bolivar. Police Chief Pat Baker tells us Marshals picked up Zeek Hardy and Eric Chiers in Murfreesboro late Friday afternoon. Each is wanted on five counts of aggravated assault. Officers say they recovered 31 shell casings in the parking lot of the Millennium Market. Hardy and Chiers were expected back in Bolivar Friday night. Baker says at least two other suspects remain on the loose.
