WEST JACKSON, Tenn. — Country music star Craig Morgan is teaming up with West Tennessee Healthcare to bring “Billy’s Place” to Jackson. “Billy’s Place” is a nonprofit organization that provides a home and services to temporarily displaced children. Dickson County is already home to a “Billy’s Place.” Officials said this will be great for children who need a place to go. “There are people in this world that love them and want to provide for them and care for them, and thousands and thousands of dollars will be given to Billy’s Place to build this wonderful facility to show those kids that people love you and people care about you,” said Frank McMeen, president of West Tennessee Healthcare Foundation. “Billy’s Place” is not yet completed in Jackson, but for the time being Morgan says they will work with other children’s organizations in the community.
