New principal announced at JCM

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — The Jackson-Madison County School District announced Jackson Central-Merry High School has a new principal. Dr. Charles Clark Jr. has been named to the post. He previously served as assistant principal at North Side High School. A district spokesperson said Principal Michael Booker has agreed to stay until the end of the semester to help with the transition. She said Booker is leaving by choice to pursue opportunities outside the district.
