BOLIVAR, Tenn. — A third suspect has been arrested in connection to a September shootout in the middle of Bolivar. Jarvis Jones was arrested on Sidney Circle around 4:30 p.m. Friday by U.S. Marshals and Bolivar police, according to Bolivar Police Chief Pat Baker. He is charged with five counts of aggravated assault and could face more charges. Last month, Marshals picked up Zedequis Hardy and Eric Cheairs in Murfreesboro in connection to the same shooting. Baker says at least two other suspects remain at large. Officers say they recovered 31 shell casings in the parking lot of the Millennium Market.
