Ghost tales bring history of downtown Jackson to life

DOWNTOWN JACKSON — In true Halloween fashion, children and parents came out Monday evening to the West Tennessee Farmers Market for some ghost stories. Not just any ghost stories, but tales about the City of Jackson. Dozens of residents attended the storytelling session, and master storyteller d.n. english said this is a fun way to get ready for Halloween while learning about the Hub City. “We want people to take away not only a few ghost stories but some of the history of downtown Jackson,” english said. This was the thirteenth year for the event.
