Lawyer suspended by state supreme court

HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn.-A Henderson County lawyer has been suspended by the state supreme court. According to the Board of Professional Responsibility, April Rebecca Mims of Lexington has been suspended until she signs a new monitoring agreement with the state lawyers assistance program and is compliant for at least 6 months. She must also complete an ethics and professionalism course. Mims was conditionally admitted to practice law in December 2012.
