Jackson shooting sends two to hospital

MIDTOWN JACKSON — Reports of gunfire send Jackson police to 33 Gillman Lane just before 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Limited information is being released. However, police confirm two males were shot at the location, one 26-years-old and the other 43-years-old. Police said the injured men arrived at a nearby hospital by private vehicle shortly after the reported gunfire. Both are reported in stable condition.
