Man accused of abuse against family member

WEAKLEY COUNTY, Tenn.- Multiple rape charges are filed against a Weakley county man, accused of abusing a family member. William Frazier was arrested Thursday morning in Dresden. He faces three counts each of rape, statutory rape by an authority figure and incest. Investigators said the victim is a 14-year-old mentally challenged relative. He will make his first court appearance, Monday.
