Man accused of threatening family appears in court

JACKSON, Tenn.-A man accused of domestic harassment makes an appearance in Jackson city court Friday. According to court papers, the victim said Delbert Maness called her and threatened to kill her entire family. The victim told police Maness had a valid gun permit and several guns. Because of that, she was afraid he would carry out that threat. Maness’ bond was set at $5,000.
