Frank Imhauser is charged in the Nov. 27 incident in which police say a white Chevrolet Tracker pulled into the employee garage at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital and parked next to a Nissan Altima, according to an affidavit. Hospital security later discovered the Altima had a broken window and that the GPS valued at $150 was missing, documents state. Imhauser was developed as a suspect and later told police he was a passenger in the Tracker when an unnamed associate broke the window and stole the GPS, according to the affidavit. Imhauser is charged with burglary of a motor vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $10,000 bond.
