DYERSBURG, Tenn. — Officials in Dyersburg are now taking applications from Dyersburg homeowners looking for aid. In October, the city was awarded a $375,000 grant from the Tennessee Housing Development Agency. Using a lottery system, the income levels and the amount of repairs needed are all taken into consideration for the home aid. Once given, the money can be used for anything from roof repairs to a new bathroom. The outside agency will choose who receives the money.
