JACKSON, Tenn.- The Jackson Beer Board approved a new business’ beer license Tuesday morning. The location off the Highway 45 Bypass will now be able to sell beer for consumption off the premises. Beer board members said there is large potential for underage sale at the location based off the building’s history. They said the new owner has never been issued a citation for under age sales.
