CAMDEN, Tenn. — Workers in Camden had a cold, wet morning after a water main ruptured early Thursday. Around 7 a.m., the water main ruptured on Washington Avenue between Main Street and West Lake Street. Water services braved the cold until around 1 p.m. repairing the main. The road was closed until 1:30 p.m. because water from the main froze onto the road creating dangerous conditions.
