Madison County lawyer faces suspension

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — A Madison County lawyer faces a one-year suspension by order of the Tennessee Supreme Court, consisting of 60 days of active suspension and the remainder to be served on probation. According to a news release, three complaints were made against Angela Jenkins-Hines based on overdrafts of her trust account and her use of the account for personal and business banking purposes. The release also says Jenkins-Hines entered a guilty plea admitting to the misconduct. The court’s order takes effect Feb. 2, according to the release.
