Three face animal cruelty charges in Milan
MILAN, Tenn. — Three people are arrested in Milan on accusations of animal cruelty. Jessica Lemons and Ray Bills are accused of leaving two dogs chained to their front porch with no water or food. Officers said both dogs appeared to be malnourished. Freeman Green is accused of going to extremes to kill his cat. According to a police report, a neighbor said Green punched the cat then choked it until it died. All three are expected to be in court Wednesday.
