Jackson hospital to hold 2-day career workshop

JACKSON, Tenn. — Jackson-Madison County General Hospital will host a two-day career workshop Feb. 3 and 5 from 8:15 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. There is limited space available, so those wishing to attend must register by Feb. 2 by calling the Career Center at 731-668-2040. The hospital is looking to fill positions in the environmental services and food department. The first day of the workshop will be held at the Career Center at 225 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, suite 140, and the second day will be held at the hospital at 620 Skyline Drive. Applicants are asked to bring two letters of reference and a high school diploma or GED and to dress for success. You must be at least 18 years old, and experience is preferred but not required.
