Man accused of robbery with BB gun appears in court
DOWNTOWN JACKSON — A West Tennessee man accused of using a BB gun to steal a man’s shoes faced a judge Thursday morning. Malik Batchelor is charged with aggravated robbery and violating his probation. A witness testified Batchelor held a BB gun to his head while stealing the witness’ shoes, wallet and cell phone. After hearing witness testimony, the judge sent the case on to the grand jury.
