DYERSBURG, Tenn. — A dog scheduled to be euthanized after being deemed vicious will soon be free as his owner agrees to the terms of the court, according to the dog’s owner. Danny Higgins, owner of Beau, says he has agreed to the conditions of the court to save his dog. Beau will be relocated to outside the city limits where he will live with a friend of Higgins. Beau is a German Shepherd/Lab mix and was deemed dangerous by the city after officials said he killed a duck and tried to attack a child last fall.
