Truck flips, ejects driver on Cotton Grove Road

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — A vehicle ran off Cotton Grove Road Saturday night near Highway 412. First responders on the scene said the driver ran off the road, flipped his truck and was ejected from the vehicle. Officials said he was flown to Regional One in Memphis. His condition is unknown at this time.
