Aspell Recovery Center gets property for expansion
JACKSON, Tenn. — Help is on the way for West Tennesseans trying to overcome drug and alcohol addictions. The city council on Tuesday approved transferring a midtown property to Aspell Recovery Center free of charge. The center’s executive director says once renovated, it will provide enough space to house eight more people.
