Trenton police offer to perform welfare checks during extreme weather

TRENTON, Tenn. — Through the rest of the week, temperatures in our area will be extremely cold, and the Trenton Police Department is doing welfare checks. Officers we will be performing welfare checks on the elderly and anyone else who lives alone. If you would like officers to check on someone in the Trenton area, call the department at 731-855-1413.
