2 West Tennesseans face TennCare fraud charges

JACKSON, Tenn. — Two West Tennessee residents are facing separate fraud charges, both involving TennCare prescription drugs. Michael Gwaltney, 56, of Halls, and Tracy Twitty, 40, of Dyersburg are charged with doctor shopping. Gwaltney is accused of seeing multiple doctors within a short time period to receive controlled substances. Twitty is accused of three counts of TennCare fraud.
