Gunfire reported in east Jackson; no injuries
JACKSON, Tenn. — A scare in east Jackson happened along Burton Street after reports of gunfire into a car just before 9 p.m. Thursday. Officers on the scene told WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News it was actually pellets from a BB gun that pierced the glass, and no one was hurt. Officers would not say if charges would be filed but were seen talking with the alleged shooter’s parents.
