Humboldt Head Start Child Find
Humboldt Head Start will be accepting applications for the 2015-2016 program year. If your child will be three or four years old on or before August 15,2015 and would like to enroll please contact Mesghana House, Family Advocate or Temeka Thomas,Center Coordinator. You will need 1) Proof of child’s age (birth certificate), 2) Social Security number for each family member, 3) Name, address, and phone number of three emergency contact persons, 4) Tenn Care and/or insurance card, and 5) Proof of income.
