NORTH JACKSON — If you’re in the mood for pancakes, hop on down to IHOP to celebrate National Pancake Day. The restaurant is offering free pancakes to their customers until 10 p.m. Tuesday, and it’s all for a good cause — guests will be asked to consider leaving a donation for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
