Woman accused of stealing shirts from J.C. Penney

JACKSON, Tenn.-Samantha Jones appeared in Jackson city court Wednesday. She is accused of stealing two shirts worth $28 from J.C.. Penney. According to the affidavit, she said she thought she could get away with it because she had heard other people had. Jones is now charged with theft and has a bond of $1,000.
