JACKSON, Tenn. — For a third straight year, the city of Jackson is setting aside April as the Month of Miracles, and Friday is the first day you can sign up to participate. The city sponsored event is meant to encourage volunteerism and to promote unity. Church groups, civic groups and individuals are all able to participate by choosing a project and letting the city know about it. Organizers say together the impact on the city can be huge.
