BENTON COUNTY, Tenn. — Officers arrest a man in Benton County accused of having marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his car along with his 1-year-old child. Officers say they pulled over James Tharpe for running a stop sign and discovered he was driving on a revoked license. A search of his car turned up the drugs and other items, according to police. Officers say the child was in the back seat. Tharpe is set to appear in court March 18.
