MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — Commissioners voted Monday to split road work on railroad tracks that are in the city limits of Jackson but are owned by the County. This area off Dr. F.E. Wright Drive in east Jackson is the source of many complaints due to a railroad spur. Commissioners voted to split the estimated $6,700 repair costs with city. The county and city mayors will now develop a plan. It will be presented at the April meeting.
