HENDERSON, Tenn. — A man appeared in Chester County Circuit Court Tuesday on an indecent exposure charge. Joshua Haltom pleaded guilty to indecent exposure. He must serve five days in jail and have no contact with the victims and stay away from the restaurant where the incident occurred. He also was sentenced to six months supervised probation and was fined $100 plus court costs. Haltom was accused of exposing himself to workers at a fast food restaurant, one of whom is a juvenile, while going through the drive thru. He initially told police it was his electronic cigarette the women had seen.
