Lane College officials ask witnesses to come forward in shooting

EAST JACKSON — WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News reached out to Lane College for a response to the incident that happened on campus Thursday, and they are asking that witnesses come forward. “If any of our students have any additional information that will assist in identifying the person who did this to one of their peers and to our student, then we want those students to convey that to administration and to law enforcement,” said Darlette Samuels, chief of staff at Lane College.
